Dhamma Sukha Austin is a small but dedicated group of meditators who meet weekly to support each others practice.

Most attendees have trained at the Dhamma Sukha Meditation Center in Missouri and practice TWIM meditation.

If you’d like to learn TWIM we can assist with that, and if you already have a practice we are happy to support that.

TWIM

Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation is a set of meditation instructions developed directly from the earliest records of the historical Buddha - the Pali Canon.

The goal of TWIM is to distill the teachings of the Buddha into an accessible and simple style of meditation that is easy and enjoyable to practice.

TWIM is a great practice for anyone who has tried meditation and found it to be difficult.

Dhamma Sukha Austin has two trained instructors ready to assist anyone interested in the practice.
